A long tree-lined entrance was designed to lead you into this natural setting of
mature trees and landscaping, with an eye towards the beauty of the natural environment.
Our Beautiful Landscape
The Arbors is renowned for its wooded, rustic setting, which occupies thirty-seven acres
of carefully preserved trees cultivated from around the world. The Norway Maples
that line Arbor Drive inspired the original builder to honor the property as “The Arbors”.
We have a beautiful pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis and kids playground.
We also have a clubhouse with an updated gym, locker rooms and sauna.
History of Arbor Drive
The primary road, known as Arbor Drive, belonged to William Wilson Cook,
who in the early 1900’s lived in a large Victorian house on the property.
Cook was a tree fancier, cultivating trees from around the world, setting
the stage for The Arbors development some 50 years later.
