The Arbors is a luxury townhouse community located in Rye Brook, New York.
Conveniently located in Westchester County, the Arbors is just 40 minutes from New York City. It is minutes from Metro North’s Port Chester train station, the Hutchinson River Parkway and the Cross Westchester Parkway, offering quick and easy access to any of the major bridges for easy travel. The town of Greenwich, CT is literally across the road from here. Right near your doorstep you will find boating, beaches, golf and some of the best shopping in the world. Arbor residents also enjoy the outstanding shared facilities of the Town of Rye, which includes Crawford Park, Rye Town Park and Oakland Beach. Crawford Park is the site of the Annual Rye Brook Birthday Party, thrown by and for its residents with the help of corporate sponsors.
Our Facilities
We have a beautiful pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis, and kids playground. We also have a clubhouse with an updated gym, locker rooms, and sauna.
History of Arbor Drive
The primary road, known as Arbor Drive, belonged to William Wilson Cook, who in the early 1900’s lived in a large Victorian house on the property. Cook was a tree fancier, cultivating trees from around the world, setting the stage for The Arbors development some 50 years later.
